Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)
TamilPSD respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to us.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on TamilPSD infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA notice to us containing the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and its location on our website (the URL)
- Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

We will review your complaint and respond within 48â72 hours. Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the infringing content
- Notify the user who posted the content
- Provide the user with an opportunity to counter-notice
Counter-Notice
If you believe that content removed from our site was not infringing, or that you have authorization from the copyright owner to use the content, you may submit a counter-notice. The counter-notice must include all required elements under the DMCA.
Repeat Infringers
TamilPSD maintains a policy to terminate accounts or access of users who repeatedly infringe upon copyrights.
